A 55-foot monument in the form of a ribbed water bottle, painted a municipal pale blue, referred to in all Coalition documents as 'the Hydration Cylinder,' a designation the Coalition has voted three times not to revisit. It was constructed to raise awareness about water conservation in Central California.
