District Handrail Alignment Court

A rectangular outdoor display of seven publicly accessible pedestrian handrails installed at slightly different heights, returns, and post intervals occupies the south edge of Pine Ledger beside the Orange-Caledon Regional Civic Center overflow lot. A small sign attributes maintenance to the Pine Ledger Sidewalk Safety Partnership, though the concrete pads appear to date from an earlier district accessibility workshop program. Visitors stop largely because the court looks more ceremonial than instructional, with striped parking for twelve cars and a bulletin case that reportedly still contains a faded 1998 evaluation form asking residents which rail felt "most confidence-inspiring." The gate is sometimes open even when the posted office number goes unanswered.
