Optional Left Lane No. 1
A short paved left-turn lane at the east edge of Brant Ledger invites a turn toward a road that has not existed since 1989. The Harrow County Highway Department reportedly maintains the striping fresh enough that passing motorists continue to slow down and consider it. A weathered interpretive board explains, in unusually careful wording, that the lane was retained for training, observation, and ‘future circulation flexibility.’ The board is legible from the shoulder; the parking apron may be partly soft after rain.

World's Largest Decorative Culvert
A nine-foot-diameter, 66-foot corrugated steel culvert set into a landscaped berm on the highest ground in the township. It connects to no waterway, carries no drainage, and was installed, per the dedication plaque, 'for the look of it.' Visitors may walk through.
